We offer flexible subscription options depending on how many hires you plan to make. Once you’ve hired, there are no additional platform fees.

Finding and Hiring Talent
How do I find the right candidate?
You can search using detailed filters like skills, salary expectations, experience, and availability — or post a job ad and let candidates apply directly to you.
How do I pay workers once hired?
Payment is arranged directly between you and the worker. Most businesses use PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, or direct bank transfers.
Should I have a contract with my worker?
While not required by us, we highly recommend putting a clear, written agreement in place covering job responsibilities, payment terms, confidentiality, and work hours.
Do you offer help selecting candidates?
Yes! If you need help shortlisting candidates or reviewing applicants, we offer optional hiring assistance to make the process faster and easier.

How do I communicate and manage my remote worker?
We recommend tools like Slack, Trello, Zoom, and Google Workspace for seamless communication, task management, and tracking productivity.
Can I hire full-time, part-time, or project-based staff?
Absolutely. You have the flexibility to hire on your terms — full-time, part-time, or per-project, depending on your needs.
What about time zones and working hours?

How do you ensure the quality of workers?
We encourage workers to verify their profiles, complete skills assessments, and upload certifications. We also suggest you conduct interviews and test tasks before hiring.
Can I set up a trial period before fully committing?
Yes. In fact, we recommend starting with a short paid trial to ensure both sides are a good fit before making a long-term commitment.
If my worker doesn’t work out, what happens?
If things don’t work out within the first 30 days, we’ll assist you in finding a replacement at no additional cost.
