We’re looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-driven team member to support our Australian Financial Advisers from home.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys preparing financial documents, analysing client data, and supporting advisers to deliver compliant, high-quality advice.

✨ About the Role

You’ll work closely with Australian financial planners to assist with client information gathering, research, documentation, and compliance. You must be organised, fast-learning, and confident working with financial data and client records.

🧾 What You’ll Do

• Gather, organise, and verify client financial information before adviser meetings
• Research financial products, investment platforms, and strategy options
• Prepare financial models, projections, and summary reports
• Draft Statements of Advice (SoA) and Records of Advice (RoA)
• Coordinate implementation of advice and follow up on client applications
• Maintain accurate CRM records and compliance documentation
• Assist advisers with ongoing client service, portfolio reviews, and performance reporting
• Stay up to date with Australian financial regulations and industry best practices

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Experience in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, superannuation, investments, financial planning, etc.)
• Familiarity with Australian processes is a big advantage
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Excellent English — written and verbal
• Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
• Experience preparing SoAs/RoAs is highly preferred
• Bonus: Experience with platforms like Xplan, AdviserLogic, Iress, or similar CRMs
