Join an Australian financial planning firm as a Paraplanner / Financial Planning Assistant. Work from home, full-time, Monday to Friday (7AM–4PM PH Time).

Must have experience in financial planning or paraplanning, strong English skills. .

About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Planning Assistant who will support Financial Planners in preparing client strategies, researching financial products, and producing accurate and compliant documentation.

This role is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to work in the Australian financial planning industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and verify client financial information before meetings.
• Research financial products, investment platforms, and strategies aligned with client goals.
• Prepare financial models, cash flow projections, and reports.
• Draft Statements of Advice (SoA) and Records of Advice (RoA).
• Coordinate implementation of financial advice and follow up on client applications.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation in CRM systems.
• Assist advisers with ongoing client service, portfolio reviews, and performance reports.
• Stay current with Australian financial regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience finance planning role.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and compliance standards.
• Experience with financial planning software preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer literacy.

Excellent written and verbal English communication.

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
