Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder & User Support: Acting as a liaison between IT and operational departments, providing training and support to users. 

Project Management: Leading or contributing to large-scale ERP projects, including template development, governance, and integration with other systems. 

Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and working to optimize business processes through ERP solutions. 

Collaboration: Fostering teamwork and collaborating with functional SMEs, technical staff, and project teams. 

Strategic Alignment: Ensuring the ERP system aligns with organizational goals and contributes to better resource allocation and efficiency.
